Monica Casey – Ex-Radio DJ

However she never dreamed her love of hooping would become a career. “It just happened. It was like a gift,” she said. Previously, Monica was a radio DJ that by the moniker, “Monica Roadkill Momma.” “I did radio for so long it was all I knew. [Monkey Hooper] showed me I could do something else.” Bravely taking on the role of entrepreneur, Monica got her custom-made hula hoop making business and fitness classes started in May 2009. Now, she has a toned body, time to spend with her 2-year-old twins, and a hands-on outlet for her creativity.
